Our policy lasts 5 days. We will gladly accept returns for refund within 5 days of delivery of your order. Delivery date is determined by the date listed by product tracking as the date the order was delivered. In order to return any item, you must notify us within that 5 day time frame that you would like to return your order. You must send notifications to us at email@example.com. You must then ship the items back to us no later than within 8 days of delivery. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
If these time frames from delivery of your purchase are exceeded, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Failure to follow these conditions will result in no refund being issued.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Downloadable software products are exempt from return. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Custom or personalized orders are also not eligible for return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This may take several days to happen as we can't control how long it takes for your bank or credit card to apply the credit to your account. However, our part of the transaction will be handled as soon as your refund is approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our policy is that we do not accept exchanges or cancellations.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have any issues with your order, please send us an email at email@example.com and describe the issue. We will then work with you to resolve the issue and let you know how to proceed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning any item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
